yup i have unfortunately come down with another cold.
at the moment i have a horrible cough which is doing my head in, literally, it's a dry one so never stops or does anything, and it rattles my poor little brain so i have a horrible headache.

Thanks I usually lose alright on the 1st week ..it's the weeks that follow that are harder.

Other news, sticking to the no buying make up etc and currently using up body lotion as hand cream! (the one on the go at the moment is a sample 50ml one from Dove, it makes me itch a bit though so will be glad when this is done), trying a new curry recipe tonight http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1306/easy-peasy-lentil-curry,

Yay, thats the curry you sent me! Thank you I'm another one using up stuff - at the moment, I've got literally at least a dozen bottles of body wash/shower gel, all that sort of thing, presents over the last year or so - I'm going to start using some of it as handwash in the 2nd loo, I think I'm never going to use this lot no matter how clean I am

Okay an update from me

1. Weight - have so far lost 7 pounds since January 1st :beer:
2. CFS - has kicked in big time
3. Course - I cancelled the rest of them, it was causing me so much pain etc to get there and be there for 3 hours and I spent the rest of the week recovering so did nothing else :mad:
4. Stitching - not been happening because of points 2 and 3 above but hopefully now I should be able to get on with some more.
5. Cleaning/clearing - ditto!
6. Using up toiletries - yep this is slowly happening
7. Money - o/d paid off :j, now working on getting rid of the CC from "For the Journey", still on target for mid 2012

So the rest of this week is going to be relaxing and then next week I hope to kick up a notch and get on with some cleaning/clearing and stitching.
