    Well, the weight and getting rid of the o/d are both brilliant, well done you! Tho I'm sorry about needing to cancel the courses because of the pain, thats nasty :(

    As far as toiletries are concerned, by the way - I'm wondering if people are trying to tell me something :rotfl: I must have received a dozen bottles of bath and shower gel in the last six months :rotfl: crazy!

    Thank you and :(, I am sure the course was doing some good but seeing as I never remembered what they said due to the pain it did get to be a bit pointless! :o

    Yep - I can now concentrate on the weight and the CC and soon hopefully just the weight!

    My health is never good at the best of times, Winter and my weight don't help matters though :o, I hope I can keep shifting the weight and it will get a little easier!
