Well I've been for the appointment and I was pleasantly surprised!
a) I was not talked to as if I was a backward three year old
b) He wants me to gradually increased my kcals to 1,800 per day (ish allowing treats for the weekend)

Stitching is happening slowly (white thread on white in Winter sun - not the best!)
Weight loss could ramp up a bit, I went to get the leg ulcer dressed and because my leg had swollen again they put me on water tablets (the swelling is stopping the ulcer healing as fast as it could) the main side effect of the water tablets (well other than reducing the edema) is weight loss :j:j:jDo not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

i remember losing a stone when i went on water tablets for a month last year, felt so much better
how are you doing?
I'm getting ready to start the challenge of quilting up my second pair of curtains (the winter ones), and to recover the two sofa's today. Hope i've not bitten off more than i can chew but it will be much cheaper than buying two new sofas0
