Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

1st of January went reasonably well food wise! I managed to eat 1,380 kcals which for me is quite good (be interesting to see what the dietician says on Tuesday as most of my day's intake seems to be mugs of tea!), it is now 14.30 and I have just doubled my day's kcals by having another mug of tea taking me to a grand total of 30 kcals consumed so far - ah well see what happens eh!
Been out to get the laundry done and large white fluffy things started coming down (and no it wasn't swans!) - it is already dark and I am not planning on stepping foot or crutch outside the door until it is a lot better (except for medical appointments and even then )
So time to dig the Perfect Pets out I reckon! (well after lunch which will include beetroot - I do not want the fabric dyeing with beet juice thank you very much :rotfl:)Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

The new decade started well - already 1.73% of the way to being debt free (and 4.2% of my target for this year!) AND yesterday I cleared another couple of my 101 tasks AND I have started back on Calorie Count
Now if I could just get some stitching done :rotfl:0 -

I know Taxi - at the moment my eating is up and down like a tart's drawers! I am supposed to eat 2,450 kcals to lose weight (according to www.caloriecount.about.com) day 1 under by 1,069, day 2 over by 405, day 3 under by 1,714  so far today I have had 360 kcals
I managed to get to my nurse's appointment an hour early this morning, so Dr Dragon drove me home, I had a cuppa and went back later
- the Furry Dragon (tm) will have to be crated this afternoon (he keeps escaping the garden) so plenty of stitching time :j
