Well I have my plans for the New Year sorted out

    1. Lose a stone
    2. Get a cleaner
    3. Clear £1k of my CC (I have set up the clear your debt by the Olympics challenge!)
    4. Plan meals week on week
    5. Finish stitching cat ornaments
    6. Finish stitching Map of Durham
    7. Finish stitching RSPCA Perfect Pets
As some of these are on my 101 listing this should get me back on track with that as well, I need to try and keep the depression at bay because that is what stops me doing stuff - I depend on you lot to keep me on track! :rotfl:

    ohhh dragon i like em

went to see a nutritionalist myself once ...i thought i dont want a diet i want to know about nutrition so i can sort things out for myself ....and have my eating work round my life style ....

so i went and like you i kept a weeks diary first (which i found good for me ) the person like you took one glance at the sheet i had written and said the same thing ...so i came back with well i want to know then what vitiamins and minerals i am missing out on with my diet and where i can get these from ...he handed me a pre written diet sheet ...i was like this isnt what i want i wan one tailored to my requirements ...dragon he didnt have a clue i knew more than him ...and that cost me £60 for the privaledge might i add ...

so i went back to the books and did some more research and i spoke to a naturopath ...(that made a big difference) ..and now i am putting my plans together for your new challenge

This is what I am worried about as well after the last dire performance! At least this time I will have Dr Dragon with me for moral support and he will take no guff from anyone!

love your challenges for the new year Dragon, they should be achievable as they are pretty realistic.
I don't bother with resolutions as it's a sure fire way of me giving in by the 2nd
