There are 2 ways to do things
1: Is just make a bit of noise about your issue with a Supervisor/Manager
who may sort your problem out and you go away happy. All sorted for yourself .
2: Make a noise in high places and get the people higher up made aware of the position, That way they may implement change which will be broad spread and in the course of doing this it will help others
1: You just help yourself
2: You help yourself and others

Assuming option 2 is the desired outcome, specifically what change would you suggest Safetyone and how would you like to see it implemented?0 -
Changes : What ever changes are required if professional people are failing to turn up, then they need to be held accountable for their actions
Take PALS for instance they are there first to try to resolve the issue Secondly they are there to try and persuade you not to take the issue any higher, Why ? so as the CEO of the hospital can report that there are not as many issues as there really is because he is ignorant of the true facts
Implemented : From the top not some office manager who will gladly fob you off when it comes from the top it carries weight
The trouble with many people is they are willing to accept sub standard services .Sub standard will not improve unless people at the top are held accountable .Then change will happen0 -

I want them to investigate the issue and get back to me with a response which is favourable to both parties.
Why go all the way to the top.Because once the top person is informed that his/her department is not performing as it should then not only me would like to know why but the person at the top would like to know as well .Example for you . Ikea customer servicer would not replace an item for me because I could not produce a receipt. E mail to the top one phone call to me and later the item arrived in the post as promised .
Talk to the lower ranks get lower service ...Talk to the top get much better service .As stated before too many people willingly accept poor service and sit in there armchair moaning to all that will listen0 -

Whatever the person who had the guts to stand up and make the complaint happy. If the person who received the complaint has pulled His/Her finger out and changes are planned / commenced happy days all round ....
Im not sure how you would convey that in your letter to the PM orwhichever perceived organ grinder you beleive would help you achieve whatever it is that you wont or cant articulate here. Good luck with it though.0 -

Like I say you talk to idiots you get an idiots reply, Take it further up the ladder the better the response, And believe me I have many good responses over the past.Many good ones on that note we all follow different paths in life, some lead nowhere some have a happy ending,If you follow the path leading nowhere turn round and start again .
