OK mid range tyres?

I've been quite impressed with the Falken Sincera SN832 tyres I put on my car last year.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

The tyre ratings (wet grip) should give an indication. I've looked at different options including buying myself and fitting but I've never failed to find a garage that could either match that price or get close.
Best to source and fit from the same entity so you have one point of contact in case of problems.0 -
Jinyu tyres may be a no name brand but i don't care about branded tyres for my car, i have no interest in paying extra for branded tyres. All i care about is how long they last and how they perform. I have been using Jinyu tyres since i got my car 3 years ago. They have never let me down and have more than enough grip for my driving style in that car. They have also lasted on average around 22,000 miles per tyre. They would go farther but i always like to change my tyres sooner rather than later. To me that is very good for the price.
So why would i want to change to a different tyre or pay any amount more when these tyres do exactly what i need them too.
Stick a set of Michelins on there and you may find they are a lot safer and will go further before they wear down to the point at which you change the cheapies. Probably run them much further and still have more grip than the cheapies.
In the back of my mind I am thinking that the Michelins will probably be better than the cheap ones even when worn below the UK legal limit.
I use Khumo because they are a midrange and grip well, but thats at the expensive of wear. I went onto my 2nd Khumo tyre when the Michelin that was on the car when I bought it was still well above the legal limit.
Khumo's are cheaper but wear faster. They grip well enough for me and are stable when pushed to the limits.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
