Ive had a read through all the newbies and im not going to write to them.
I will wait any LBC and then acknowledge.
Few points for me to consider
I have the receipt from the hair dressers card machine that shows i left there 5 minutes before the ticket and the car park is directly behind less than 1 minute away
The parking ticket is all printed except for the timings and there is no CCTV to confirm their timing claims are correct
When i first received the fine i contacted them foolishly and explained the timings were wrong which they dismissed
I then received a second letter from gladstones which i wrote back to
Got a second letter from a different company UCS acknowledging the first explaining " i will confirm to you when i receive confirmation to appeal through an ADR" i havent had anything from them
I receive daily texts saying contact us

Solicitors sell their headed notepaper to the PPC's for them to write their own letter. So it is likely the author is not a solicitor. You could complain to the SRA but why not post up a pic of it.
