  • Spot on, thats exactly what they are saying

I am trying to see who owns the land.

Do you think im stuffed now i cant actually appeal due to the timescales?
  • The key issue is the arrival time i didnt get there until a few minutes to 3 but they state it was 14:36

I dont know how i can prove this?honestly worried though now!

160 is a huge amount for being what they claim is 10 minutes over
  • gladstones solisitors are the owners (or partners) of the IPC , same address , (check it out) ,

first a ticket , then pass it to gladstones who charge the PPC a collection fee (notice how its gone up to £160?)

however gladstones are acting in there debt collection capacity , not as solisitors

a swift rebuttal letter to gladstones , it should , but won,t get them to stop , but its handy for later

    Gladstones:

    PPC Name
    Ticket Number

    sirs
I am in dispute with your clients please decease from contacting me , and hand the paperwork and all files back to the PPC .

at which point they can contact me and we can organise an appeal

you may tell the claimant that

I am open to alternative dispute resolution. Please propose an ADR Entity you think appropriate. Otherwise, please supply me with the information required by resolution 19 of The Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015.

If instead you wish to use legal action, please follow the pre-action protocols and send me a letter which allows me to understand your claim.

    (thanks hoo hoo)

at which point they may offer there appeal system , you either accept , loose and they will not risk court , or they will decline and not risk court
  • Can i still appeal now due to timescales?

Is that letter that youve created or is there a template that i could use?

My concern is the time of arrival is way off but i cant prove it
  • Anyone any thoughts on how i can prove the times are wrong
  • did you stop at a garage or supermarket on your way to the crime scene?
  • Probably the same scam as UKPC.
I have a dash-cam and it records every vehicle movement and you then have proof against these activities.
    Is this site at Carlisle?
REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD

I got a few letters acknowledging my letter and they explained that they would be looking into my letter but to be aware the "investigation" department will add £10 for looking into my letter.

Didnt hear anything until a text today that read
Your PCN has been selected for legal action and a letter before claim is pending"

    Please call....

Anyone any advise? Im thinking of writing back explaining that im awaiting information from previous communication?
Or should i just ignore it?

    Thanks in advance
  • Anyone any thoughts
