If the technical support line has told you to take it back to store then that's what you need to do - first thing tomorrow. It's also worth asking if it will be quicker to go straight to Apple, the store will know the answer to that.
Before you do anything, lose the attitude. If you get people's backs up they won't want to help you. Be polite, be realistic, and you'll get your problem dealt with far more smoothly.0 -
Luke - you do realise that simply proving that it is broken doesn't necessarily make JL liable to fix it?
In fact if you get their backs up they could ask you to supply them with a report to prove that it isn't user damage. That will cost you in both time and money.0
