It's under guarantee it's only several months old lol.
It's getting on my nerves because I got it back put all my stuff back on it and now I can't even access the damn thing to delete my personal stuff off it.0 -
From: http://www.johnlewis.com/inspiration-and-advice/electricals/archive/john-lewis-inclusive-guaranteesWe're covering the product to remain in working order for the life of that guarantee – in other words against manufacturing defect causing breakdown. If the product's used in the prescribed way and it breaks down, our duty is to get the appliance back to working order – and if we can't do that, we'll replace it with the same model, or discuss an alternative with you if that's no longer available.
Push for a replacement, not another repair since the first repair failed. You can try phoning the store to speak to the senior manager.
Maybe find a grown-up that doesn't add LOL to the end of every other sentence to do it for you0 -

It actually says they will replace if it can't be repaired. The OP doesn't know whether a repair is possible or not - though I would guess they will carry on demanding regardless.0 -
Quite frankly i'd accept a Replacement just as long as it works longer than two day's.0

Call them again. Their phone lines are still open.
Take the iPad to your nearest Apple store - they have been known to replace items within warranty even if not purchased from them directly.0
