Whats for tomorrows LTWs? Mine is going to be Beans, mushrooms and tomatoes on toast, as i am having baked potato with beans tonight. So i will add some fresh tomatoes and mushrooms to make it stretch to LTW tomorrow0 -

I've just made lunch fir tomorrow after stopping at the Co op for bread rolls and onion marmalade. So it's cheese and onion rolls.
I made homemade rolls last week which were lovely but very crusty. They rose well and I really struggled to eat them as a roll. I'm going to try and find another recipe for some nice soft rolls0 -

Good morning all! LTW no. 7 yesterday was the same as the day before peanut butter and banana sandwich and wafer thin chicken sandwich, both on seeded farmhouse bread (which I had for free at sainsbob (I paid £1.35 but got the cash back of £1.35 on Shopitize).

Been a bit naughty and brought my lunch at work on Monday, but today I was at home for lunch and cooked a yummy tuna pasta for lunch
Did buy some cookies at work thoughthey were only £1 and did resist buying a drink so I think thats a small win!!
Tomorrow is calvery day at work and it's only £3 for all meat with all the trimmings so I'm going to get that as it is my little treat to myself, plus I couldn't make a roast for me and hubby on just £3!!Read my diaryHere0 -
