  • Made been and mustard role for lunch, got to work and realised I had a meeting with lunch provided, so lunch has become dinner.

Well hello, sorry haven't posted all week, doing overtime at work, managed to save £825 for the fees/reservation an a flat, just waiting for the landlord to approve me... She lives in Malta and is proving difficult to get hold of!!!

    Anyhoo, I digress...
    Lunches last week were:
    Monday: rest day, slept!
    Tuesday: peanut butter sandwich
    Wednesday: jam sandwich
    Thursday: marmite sandwich
    Friday: honey sandwich

Today I forgot to take it so just ate the Double Decker that was in my bag!

Tomorrow will be a cheese sandwich!

How's everyone else getting on? X

  • Worked from home last Thursday and yesterday - so I made myself tuna pasta and sweetcorn for lunch on those days, taking me to 5/15.

Starting to cut it fine for the month, really!

I'm also working from home today, so I'll be able to add to the number today too.

  • I think I've mis counted. I can't see day four or six logged.

I can't really remember whether I've just missed logging a day or what
  • I think today was day 7
  • Still managing to take my lunch to work everyday and this week have noticed a difference in how I am feeling about it - the desire to go buy food is subsiding and feeling much better about what I am eating. I am also aiming to eat lunch at home at the weekends, it is hard to get out of the habit of just popping in somewhere when we are out but I have managed. The thing that I need to work on more is not spending my money on the odd unhealthy snack in the evenings/weekend.
