Well, it's been a very busy week and still lots to do.
It's also been a very expensive week-necessary expense. So back to trying to make as much and save as much money as I can now.

Busy day today.
House is upside down at the moment whilst we have some essential maintenance done.

The messy house and maintenance is getting on my nerves today. I don't feel well at all, which isn't helping.

As soon as I feel well enough ( and haven't got tradesmen in) I've decided I need to tackle the house room by room and have a total declutter.... Should I start at the top and work my way down...I think that's the best option....or maybe I should follow kon Marie and do it collection by collection, all clothes first etc etc.
Right, need my bed.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

Ok, so I'm feeling better-and a good job too as weekend has been mad and stressful so far.
Events of this weekend have only served to make me more determined to get my house in order-ASAP.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

Hi Tattycath
. Well done on just keeping going and carrying on your excellent work :T.
You seem to have reached a similar conclusion to me - that decluttering and tidying up the house is a first priority. I am also not sure whether to do room-by-room or a Kon Marie. I am favouring room-by-room right now, starting with the garage. When that is cleared it can be a temporary storage room for other stuff.
Good luck whatever you decide

Hi P&F. Thank you.
I've decided to do a room by room attack first. Even though I started like a headless chicken and took 2 loads of stuff from all over the place to the tip.
We've got a couple of car loads to go to charity. Concentrating on lounge and kitchen now.

Kon maried my clothes today - again...

Started sorting a couple of other drawers out too...in various places I found some money I had forgotten I had. I found £49 in all-not including the £10 I knew I had but couldn't remember where I had put it. :rotfl: I did find that £10 too. :jGE 36 *MFD may 2043
