More food shopping today so no NSD.....had a nasty shock. Counted up all the food spends since last payday, (nearly a month ago) and we have spent £100 more than we usually spend in a month! I think, with the excitement of becoming debtfree (our IVA completion certificate arrived last week so it is now official) plus changing to a joint account and amalgamating all the finances, I have fallen temporarily off the MSE wagon!
So, payday next Monday and back to budgeting....And collecting more NSDs.One life - your life - live it!0 -

Good morning, NSD gang, lovely day for an expedition into the forest to see if we can spot any wild boar...No, Chef, leave your bazookie behind, we are not allowed to kill anything, the twin of the uncle Mrs Doyle accidentally "vapourised" arrived last night and, guess what? He is a vegetarian and very much into animal rights.....Yes, definitely the relation who has brought shame on the family.......One life - your life - live it!0

Anybody got any preferences for what we can do in October? I've given marmite a few suggestions but any more would be welcome. One life - your life - live it!0

Hi Nargle what's your preference.....I kinda like the pirate ship holiday cruise idea....fun gifs and some great adventures/yarns for the gang I'm sure?
Right,I've got updates to do.0 -
Ooh no, marmite, it would have to be a working holiday with you as Cap' n Marmite the Magnificent, Chef as Ship's Cook, Igor as the galley slave, Helga and Olga as deckhands, Mrs Doyle as....Mrs Doyle, and the rest of us as assorted crew/varmints/lubbers. (No, Hubert, there's no such thing as a ship's donkey. Oh all right, then, stop blubbering, you can come .....but no pink sparkly frocks. Pirates do not do pink and sparkly.)
If the rest of the gang are happy to do a bit of deck swabbing and mainbrace splicing as we search the mighty oceans for golden NSDs, then that's fine by me. Bags I the cabin near the bridge, not the one near the heads, that's Igor's territory....One life - your life - live it!0 -
