It’s lovely in our new home. Thanks for getting it ready, shala.

Well done, Sandhy, suewre. 1st, Scarlet, joee, psycho and teallach.

lantanna, I'm sure I've said it before but I do admire your strong will.

That was a brilliant use of the meal deal, Meg.

Saver, my DH is much the same. I buy him lots of things and bake and he will still take one of my WW cakes “for a wee change” and then go and have something else because “that was awfy wee!” Grrr!

    Enjout your nephew cuddles, b_e_g.

Friday’s syns: WW slice 2 Garibaldis(4 syns), goat’s cheese & shallot tart (15 ½ syns), didn’t have my wine gums (another win for the Bairns, woohoo) but I did have a sliver (½ inch at widest) from a large hm (20 syns?) ultra delicious strawberry cheesecake at the match instead.

Tweets, don't think you've given me a target. I've gone right back over the thread but I can't see one....

    Hello all (again),

Thank you Shala for this lovely thread and apologises for posting in the last one earlier today.

Thanks maman for this witty title!

My mission for today was to read up on everything I have missed but it is not going to plan, I think that I am just going to draw a line and say I hope everyone is well - if you are happy I am doing a happy dance for you or if you are not feeling so good offering a safe and squidgy hug if ok.

Welcome to any newbies! I read that someone who joined and saw that they were at their heaviest weight. I hope that you are doing ok? I was so shocked when I got on the scales for the first time and saw that I was three stone heavier than my worse case scenario - although my friend rightly pointed out that is 6 more shinies and certificates than I was expecting (she knows me to well :p)

May I join the challenge please Shala, I am going to go for an ambitious target of 40.5 lb. This is an average weight loss of 4.5 lb a week and according to my consultants tablet my average is 5.5 lb per week. I am hoping I can keep the pace as their is a lot of excess weight to go and I will achieve my dream weight at Christmas!

Right I am going to post before I change my mind about my target!

    Take gentle care
    Lucy xx

    Hi

Could I join in please - hoping to lose 21 lbs in the next couple of months :)

I joined SW online last month when I bought a scales for the first time in years and nearly passed out with the shock of seeing the figure on it! Can't reliably get to a group so online it has to be and so far, fingers and everything else crossed, it's not been too bad with nearly a stone gone. Many more to go though. The sugar cravings do hit every now and again...:o
