And that's exactly what will happen.

Stop trying to imagine problems were none exist.
I'm not imagining problem. I've lived with the 5p bag charge since 2011. 300+ posts on this thread though as people not happy. BBC news dedicated more time to it that many of their items even going to trouble of interviewing shoppers. It's really not worthy of it as England is playing catch up to rest of UK so it's well known how its accepted and it's impact.

Yes you have to give your DOB and list of any pre existing conditions as they are excluded!

England has 84% of the population of the UK. Playing catch up? Just because its already happened in the insignificant provinces doesn't mean its not newsworthy in the UK's powerhouse.

Sorry. I'm not usually rude about our celtish cousins but come on, I'm sick of all this sniping at the "English".

And personally, I consider myself British, a citizen of the UK.

Ooh so touchy about being English.

Personally I'm proud to call myself Welsh and not because of Rugby World cup ;)

(and that wasn't a dig it was banter because we like our humour in Wales)

Its OK. We all know the Welsh love us really. They have their little ways of showing it. Like changing to their own language when we walk into a shop so we can hear how lovely it sounds. Or having a nice fire waiting for us when we turn up at our holiday homes.

I'm not sure the sons of glyndour still go around burning English holiday homes. I think they only ever burnt down about 12!

As for switching to Welsh when you walk in. They're Welsh so they were speaking Welsh before you went through the door....

I don't need a holiday home in UK as I live beside the seaside! Have to say first time I can remember being able to go in the sea in October as it's been absolutely glorious here and it truly makes me appreciate how fortunate I am to live along this beautiful coastline.

It's no surprise you have to pay to enter God's own Country :D
