what gets me , 2 photo.s , different times , car park holds hundreds of cars , does the warden wait for a car to arrive , then run over and photo it? , is there a system built into his phone/camera that sets a timer per specific car?
not being funny , but if I sat on a carpark and watched cars come and go , I could not remember 1% of the arrival times
so , why photo a car that has just parked? councils photo , but this is for observation times (5-10 mins) this PPC warden is muckin puddled0 -
Honestly, I don't know!0

have the owners of those cars placed a sign on there windows saying "I am going to overstay , please photo me on entry"
or is the warden a clairvoyant , or is he just a lying scumbag
warden No. 12938 please collect your P45 , do not pass go , go directly to jail0 -
Hey all. As you can see this has been reported locally. Myself and another driver did interviews for bbc radio Lincolnshire and look north to be broadcast tomorrow. Also the Sunday times may be publishing a small article this week or next. This is getting spread around a lot and the moment so hopefully something will be done to stop these acting fraudulently0

This solves the problem. Its easy to do this, use two cameras one set 2 hrs 15 minutes later than the other"I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

ok , but why photo a car as it arrives?0 -
See someone park up, wait till gone, take 2 piccies, Don't leave ticket just send it. Lots would just pay up. No need for anpr. Reason money, far easier than doing things the [STRIKE]ethical [/STRIKE]sorry normal way.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

ok , but what is there official reason? because on a car park that holds many hundreds of cars , each with a say 2 hr limit , and open for say 12 hrs , the poor warden must be rushed off his feet , and walking on his knees with the weight of all those memory cards
there is NO reason to photo the car on entry unless this is an ANPR setup with stationary cameras
the answer , as we all guessed was the warden/company are crooks0
