I've tried searching on their website but I cannot see the answer!
I have a fixed for life balance on this of 6.9% and have withdrawn £300 cash using this card in error. Trust me to pick the wrong card when visiting the cash machine at 5am!! It's a pending transaction currently.
I obviously have the funds to clear this but if I pay it before the statement is produced will it come of the already billed balance? Should I wait for the statement to be produced next week?
Thanks in advance

The cash will probably have daily interest applied to it so waiting until the statement comes out will be costing you money. Best bet would be to phone the customer helpdesk and explain to them what has happened and see if they can advise.0

There is no point in contacting the CS.
Just check the Summary Box instead for 'Allocation of Payments'.
If the interest on cash advances is higher than 6.9%, then just pay it off as soon as you see the advance in your online statement - plus a little extra to avoid trailing interest. As simple as that.0 -
As grumbled said above, pay the £300 off plus a little extra to cover the interest charged in your online barclaycard account.
The interest rate barclaycard charge customers for cash advancements can be anything between 27.5% and 35.5% annually. The 6.9% you mention is most likely for purchases.Debt Free and Stoozing

Wait until the transaction is on your online transactions. Don't pay it while it's pending or your payment will be allocated wrong but once it appears on your recent transactions pay it off ASAP with a few extra pounds, as grumbler said, for the trailing interest.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards.
