Cut the BIG DEBT CARD up today and then chucked it in the log burner...all that money up in smoke...seemingly appropriate!! Yay :j#4 DFBXMAS24 - £2,322.85/£5,000

Recalculated my CC payment's on my spreadsheet and have double checked my DEBT CARD balances and it appears that I have paid £10.50 extra somewhere along the lines :j
I had a really good day at home yesterday clearing the clutter and a thorough clean, I felt as though I really progressed... I have been reading this book about what the author terms 'junk debt' and he touches on clearing the clutter from your life and only keeping the things you really love or need. It's inspired me to think about other areas of my life which need sorting and to keep going with it all...:D#4 DFBXMAS24 - £2,322.85/£5,000

Laughing at the credit card you are doing a great job. Do you know the people on here who "tidy" pennies over to the cards every day by getting their accounts rounded down to the nearest £. Those small payments made every day really add up in a surprising way. If you do any of your cards on line that may work for you.0

That sounds like a really great idea, I pay all of my card online and try to round them down every time I make a payment....although I do have have one which I am currently making minimal payments on...i will check it later to see if I can send a few £ to it! Just hoping I have a few pennies to rub together at the end of the month to make a mini over payment....such a good feeling.
I am counting down to pay day to make my monthly payment...sad but true.. :rotfl:#4 DFBXMAS24 - £2,322.85/£5,000

Just thought i'd tidy a few of those pennies as suggested by Tootallulah ...just made a mini one of £6.25; then attempted the annoying £3.02 on my L****ds card, and lo and behold they have made it difficult by stating that, I have to have a bank account with them! What a blooming pain...thankfully it is the one with the longest 0% on it....and maybe (just maybe) I can clear it before it comes to an end!!
I am off to update my signature...ha...I never would have thought paying money off would make me this happy!!#4 DFBXMAS24 - £2,322.85/£5,000

Afternoon all
Not been feeling too good for a few days since that festival...certain i've picked up a tummy bug.
Making use of my day at home...clearing out the kitchen cupboards and chucking all those 2011 bottles of spices and listing on the local recycling site...(not the spices)getting a couple of items collected today...am trying to be brutal
