Thanks guys, so today I have emailed everything to the mortgage broker and have dropped in everything to the solicitor. The mortgage broker is ringing me tonight at 6ish.

So until I get any forms to complete from the solicitor that's my bit done for now, it's over to them :)

The mortgage broker submitted my application this morning and I have had a text this afternoon to say they have booked the surveyor in for June 7th :j :j All seems to be happening at my end, hopefully my buyers are getting on with their bits too ;)

I picked up paperwork from the solicitor tonight that I need to get filled in and dropped back in to them tomorrow. Typically it's a bank holiday weekend now so nothing more will get done until next week but seeing as it was a week ago today that my buyers first viewed my flat then I don't think we've done too bad so far :D

And half-term is here :D:D I am so tired tonight but we've made it to the end of the week, the kids have gone on study leave and I've dropped all the papers back to the solicitors. Now it's time to enjoy the bank holiday weekend :)
If the weather holds I'm doing a car boot sale on sunday, tomorrow will just be a relaxing day and tonight I'm doing absolutely nothing :)

We've been round to Mums and brought the dog back here for a sleepover. I've done the end of the month banking checks and it's looking okay.

I had a £10 compliments voucher that needed using up by the end of May, so we went to B&Q and I bought a nice plant pot for the new garden :D

I have just finished loading up the car for the car boot sale tomorrow - I really do have just junk to sell, nothing really worth having at all, but hopefully I can make £20-£30 to stick in the pot, maybe even towards a couple more plant pots for the garden or a rug or something, but it should also save me a couple of trips to the tip too and clear some space in the garage :) I can't actually fit it all in the car so hopefully if the weather is good next week I'll do another one and shift some more of it. I have a mix of everything, some mine, some my aunts stuff from when she moved house - adult clothes (mine, my aunts), boys clothing (ds and Mr S's ds), girl baby/toddler clothes (aunts granddaughter), books, bric-a-brac (Mums from her moves), toys, ... the list goes on!!

Time for dinner (salmon fishcakes) then bath and early night for me :D

Back from the car boot sale and it was a great success today - the weather was beautiful, it was really busy and I got lucky as my row was full so I was directed to start a new row, which meant I got the end pitch so had the space by the car boot and alongside the car :j I have totalled up my pennies and I made £78 after the entrance fee (£5) :money: I'm so chuffed with that as there was nothing there that I wouldn't happily have taken to the tip, there were a couple of bits at £8 but other than that almost everything was 50p or £1. I've made some space in the garage although there still seems to be tonnes left, I may do another one next weekend if the weather is good again.

I've emptied the car and it's all boxed up properly ready to go again, now I need to have some lunch and then get out in the nice weather :)
