Fantastic news I do hope it all goes smoothly things happened very fast but you sound sure in your decisions and you knew those other properties weren't right.

Congratulations on selling your place, that was quick and good luck with new property. I agree it's difficult when your on your own and having to do everything and make decisions, I think this is why I have put off moving but my garden is too big for me on my own especially this time of year, I would be happy with a small garden but I have a lot of clutter I would need to sort out before moving.

    So I've bought it :j :j :j :j

I did have to go to almost asking price (295) in the end, but it's worth it and will increase in value due to its good location, everything else that's on the market can't compare location wise.

I'm very relieved it's done, solicitors have been instructed, mortgage broker is sending me through a list of bits she needs from me and we're underway :D

I went to see it again tonight with ds, he likes it (luckily :D ), now I can relax a bit and hope the stress of solicitors doesn't get too much :) Ideally I'd like to be done at some point in July but we'll have to wait and see how it all goes :D

Thank you all :D So my new place is about 2 miles from where I am now, still walking distance to the beach, and actually a much nicer beach than where I am now ;) It's a 3 bed semi with a beautiful big conservatory :D

The mortgage broker has emailed me what she needs, I've got everything together, just need to print out bank statements then I can send it all on to her tomorrow from work.

Now I need to sort out the pile of paperwork for the solicitor and I can drop that off tomorrow too :D No hanging about from my end ;)
