Car is loaded up ready for the car boot - I can't even fit it all in, I could probably do nearly another car load so I guess this could be the first of a few
I really do have nothing worth selling, it's lots of old clothes, old toys, books, some random bits from my Mums when she moved etc. Then again, I have a packed car full of stuff so hopefully it will be converted into some pennies by the time I get home
I need to try to pack it all carefully afterwards too so it can be stacked neatly ready for next time.
Tonight I need to sort out some change, a packed lunch, charge my mobile and maybe make a few 50p signs
Now I'm going to have a couple of hours on the sofa watching sky sports news then the Leicester game. I will get my surveys caught up and do some bits for the PTA christmas fayre.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

So I'm up nice and early and it's raining and has been for the last hour
I've checked the forecast and it's supposed to be showery for another couple of hours, so that's the car boot out the window, no point doing it as everything will get wet and the field will be muddy, so much for it being an amazing hot dry weekend
Oh well, I'm awake now so may as well make plans for the day. I need to pop to Sainsburys and see Mum, I'll unpack the car again and maybe do a trip to the tip with some of the stuff that's sat around in the garage.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Bed is stripped and is doing its thing in the washing machine, yesterdays washing has been folded and either put away or put on the table waiting to be ironed. I have left feedback on checkatrade for my window people. I think I might do a short list for the rest of the day:
- Ironing
- Empty car
- Trip to the tip
- Trip to Sainsburys
- See Mum
- Remake bed
- PTA work
- Move last pots of paint to the garage
- Cover end of unit in the corner of my room with stickyback plastic
- Eyebrows
- Post birthday card

Bed is remade, ironing is all done and put away, feeling very virtuous right now

Think I might make myself another coffee then crack on with the car and the garage

I've emptied the car, tidied the garage and taken a load of stuff to the tip :T :T I'm also glad I bothered to straighten my hair this morning as I had to sit in a queue for 5 minutes waiting for the tip to open and Mr S's mother-from-hell was in front of me, we both pretended we hadn't clocked each other

Now I'm having a chill and a catch up on here then am collecting Mum at 11 to take her to Sainsburys to do her shopping, I'll post the birthday card on the way. The sun is warming up now and the flip-flips are out - Happy Sunday

So it has been a beautiful day, I've got pretty much everything done that I wanted to get done, I bought a few bits in Sainsburys while I took Mum shopping, including a parir of linen trousers. In a size 16

In August last year when I went clothes shopping for going back to work I bought a couple of pairs of trousers, size 12, and they fitted me perfectly
I have just given up on everything I was doing right. I know why - sugar. I am utterly addicted to the stuff. I can quite happily go through a whole family size bag of mints every day. Every single day. That's without the other chocolate / cake / general junk I shove down my throat too. This time last year I was 2 stone lighter than I am now. I need to get it sorted. I need to get back to the gym and get back to enjoying it again, I stopped going literally when I found out I got a place in the marathon, like subconciously I knew the pressure I would be under and so I just stopped. So, I need to get back to it. No excuses, the flat is done and now on the market, the evenings are light, the weather is improving, all the excuses are gone, I just need to sort this out. No time pressures, I'll just go back to logging everything on myfitnesspal like I did last year, it worked really well then. I may do Couch25k again but again, no pressure. I want to get back to kettlebells, I really enjoyed that. I want to stop feeling frumpy, be able to fit into my clothes again (I binned most of my bigger clothes last year). I used to get heartburn almost daily, when I lost the weight it disappeared too, but guess what, it's back again, almost every day again. Enough is enough. While the estate agent oes his thing and sells my flat I need to focus on shifting some flab again

So I've just gone back over my weight records on MFP from last time, and it took me 3 months to go from 12.5 stone to 11 stone. So, that is the goal, which should see me there by early August, leaving me a few more weeks to shift a few more pounds before I go back to school again, wearing the trousers I bought for this September again

I've had my bath, done my eyebrows, painted my toenails, smothered on the body butter and I'm starting to feel positive again. The fitbit is charged and ready to go. Bring it on

I've had a couple of beyond manic days at work - the kids are stressed beyond belief at the moment because of their exams and so there has been lots to deal with.
The flat went on rightmove yesterday, no viewings lined up as yet though
Bath time now, then probably an early night
