CSA money has gone in today, so that's another £20 into the savings pot. Tomorrow is my final day in the flat before it goes on the market  I am quite nervous although after last time I tried to sell it I'm not expecting a huge demand for it :o We'll see what happens.

This weekend ds is going to his Dads, so my plans are; Saturday - the windows are being fitted and then the estate agent will be round to take photos. Sunday - I am planning on doing a car boot sale - the weather is supposed to be lovely this weekend and so it seems an ideal time to clear some of the pile in the garage, hopefully I'll make some money in the process while, just as importantly, clearing out a load of old unwanted stuff that I don't need to pack / find room for when we move. It's a win win, just means I need to sort through it all on saturday, but I know there's no emotional attachment to [STRIKE]any[/STRIKE] much of it so it will pretty much be 50p an item and just aim to clear as much of it as possible :D

So it's window and estate agent day today :D

Last night I popped to Waitrose and got a few bits and pieces (£42) I was too tired to do any cleaning last night but have done some already this morning. The washing machine has just one its thing although I may leave it in there until after the estate agent has been.

The window people are coming at 9.30 then the estate agent will be some time after that. Today I also need to pop out and get a few bits from the shop, load up the car ready for a car boot tomorrow and then enjoy the footie later :D

Time to start seriously scouring rightmove too ;)

Good luck with the house sale, I would like to move but not sure I'm brave enough to do it on my own, its the thought of 20 years of clutter to sort out and an attic I cant get to which I know is full. Hope you find a lovely new place, are you looking at houses or flats?

Houses Febcat - I love my flat to bits but ds is getting bigger and we just need a bit more space and it would also be lovely to have some outside space. It must be light though, my flat is absolutely flooded with natural light and I know I will miss that so much :(
