We spoke on the phone last night and that was nice. Felt weird sleeping on my own again though, the dog seemed to like it and took up lots more space than normal ;)

    So, my to do list for this week isn't looking too healthy;

    My list then for this week;
•Xmas shoebox nearly done, needs finishing today
•[STRIKE]Clear last bits out of Mums old flat[/STRIKE] done
•Remove tiles from Mums new kitchen walls
•get all banking up to date will do over weekend
•Pay in bagged up coins at the bank 5/15 bags paid in
    •Christmas shopping
    •Write Christmas cards
    •Dejunk mine and ds laptops
    •Sort the garage
    •Trips to the tip
    •Clean the oven
•Replace plastic bit on shower door
    •[STRIKE]Dry clean duvet[/STRIKE] done
    •[STRIKE]Nieces birthday present[/STRIKE] done
    •Ebay 10 items
    •Deep clean bathroom
    •Deep clean kitchen
    •Dejunk iPod
    •[STRIKE]Buy new car[/STRIKE] done

Hmm, lots more still to do! This morning I'm blitzing the housework, the food shopping is due between 10-11, ds is going to his friends at 2 (til 10pm). I plan then to go to Mums, tomorrow will involve schoolwork that needs doing, banking, watching footie :D The other jobs will have to wait for another day.

Aagh, I feel like I've had a really productive morning, but looking at my to do list makes me feel otherwise. I have reorganised all my clothes; wardrobe and drawers all sorted out (as I've gained a chest of drawers back that Mr S used). I've sorted out all the surfaces in the bedroom, I've cleaned and tidied the lounge and kitchen, hoovered all through, walked the dog, bathed the dog (got poo stuck on his bum  ), put the tescos shopping away, taken car boot stuff down to the garage ... and still I can't cross anything off my list

The flat is feeling much better, still stuff to do but its getting there now.

Garage is a bit better, the visible rubbish is cleared at least. We took three bin bags and a pile of cardboard to the tip then went to Asda and Home Bargains - did pretty well; in Asda I got a litre of Baileys for a tenner ;) which is the first bit of Xmas done. I also got ds a thorntons advent calendar, a couple of bits for the shoebox and an apple pie for dinner tonight, altogether it came to £18 and I had £15 on a gift card that I found while sorting stuff yesterday, so it cost me £3 in total :money: In Home Bargains I got a bee/insect type bird box for Mums garden (£3) a 2 pint glass and a bottle of beer for Mr S from ds for xmas (£3), some car mats, 2 pots of edible glitter (59p each - red and white), cranberry sauce, dried cranberries and some cute baubles for the tree. Total spend in there £18, so £21 spent so far in November :) Ds has just been given a big bag of M&S Halloween wotsits and M&S chocs from the neighbour as he didn't trick or treat them last night :)

It's been a very hectic week at work, glad its nearly Friday ;)
Tonight I've done the tesco online shopping, had my bath, dinners nearly ready, done some washing, walked the dog and soon it will be time to chill ...

So my latest venture ... I have ended up becoming treasurer for the school PTA. Im actually quite excited as we don't have a PTA at our school so its all new and we're all keen, although there are currently only about ten of us! We have set up easyfundraising so far, which is a bit like quidco, but the school benefits - we're up to £27 so far after three days  I think I will be using all my mse skills to make this a success :D

Other than that I haven't done a lot else this week - this weekend ds is at his Dads so I'm planning on some xmas shopping online, watching some footie, dinner with Mr S tomorrow night (he wants to cook for me in his new flat :) ) and lots of chilling out. I went to kettlebells on monday and my ankle still hurts, so no more running this week either

This morning I went shopping and got a few bits and pieces to put away towards Christmas. After that I went to see Mum for a few hours, she's very depressed today :(

Now I'm back home, not planning on going out again today other than to walk the dog, Mr S invited me to go with him and his ds to the fireworks but the weathers rubbish so I think I'll give it a miss and catch up indoors instead. Time for a list I reckon ;)
    • Empty washing basket
    • Ironing
    • Tidy & clean ds bedroom
    • PTA Planning
    • Schoolwork
    • Christmas shopping online
    • Do Mums tesco order online
    • Clear surveys
    • Update banking
    • Bath / eyebrows etc

Today I'm pottering this morning doing bits and pieces, picing up Mr S later and going to Mums as he's helping get the kitchen tiles off the wall for her. Then he and his ds are coming here for dinner and to watch the footie. I'll get the ironing done then and some schoolwork. I really need to get a short run in soon too but am worried about my ankle. I might just go for a mile or so and see how it feels.

  • Looks like you are making good progress with your lists. Take it easy with your ankle.
