Hi all x

Thanks to Natty and Bossy for the threads x

I'm still being rubbish at keeping up with the thread. I'm hoping that next week will see a stop to the madness as I will be only working at one job. This working 7 days is knocking it right out of me.
I've been managing to keep up with the laundry but that's been about it really. I don't start till 1pm tomorrow so should be able to get a few things done beforehand.

CY - glad to hear you went out to the cricket. I'll be thinking of you the morrow and hope it goes as well as it can.

Marvellous Monday: Bathroom First!

Wipe all surfaces, windowsills, shelves etc
Clean the sink & loo
Wipe down some tiles
Clean the bath / shower enclosure
Wipe down any edges - bath panels, pedestals etc
Wipe door handles, light switches with some antibac
Clean the floor
Extras:
Give your plug holes a bleaching
Collect towels, mats and face cloths for washing
Put out fresh ones
Enjoy a well earned cuppa :coffee:

Thank you natty for last weeks thread and bossy for starting off this weeks.

Well, ds2 had me up at 7 this morning so I have made us breakfast and made OH his lunch. It was so cold I gave nipped back I to bed to warm up!

I was pleased to see t was bathrooms today as I never got round to doing ours last week. But after getting up early I hafe realised that. Everywhere is looking a mess again! Luckily we are at home today ax car is at the garage and I am waiting in for a delivery! So original list plus essentials today!

Marvellous Monday: Bathroom First!
Clear first, bin any rubbish, rehome any migrated items.
Wipe all surfaces, windowsills, shelves etc
Clean the sink & loo
Wipe down some tiles
Clean the bath / shower enclosure
Wipe down any edges - bath panels, pedestals etc
Wipe door handles, light switches with some antibac
Clean the floor

Extras:
Give your plug holes a bleaching
Spritz a bit of air freshener, if you like!
Enjoy a well earned cuppa

Plus....
Tidy up kitchen
Wudupa
Wipe down kitchen sides
Hoover downstairs
Make a banana loaf
Clean dining room windows
Wipe dining table
Wm X1 (the one I did yesterday and left in in the wm!)
Hhi
Tidy up bedroom
Box up ds1s out grown clothes
Finish sorting out ds1s warderobe.

Good grief! I have a busy day today! Will start shortly but enjoying laying in bed with ds2 browsing on here!

Thank you for the new thread Bossy.

I'm back from my holiday we had a busy weekend with a big party for DH's eldest daughter's 30th birthday. It was scorching hot, so glad we did it Saturday and not soggy Sunday.


Big day today. I've dropped DH at the station, he has gone back to paid work, working as a consultant. first time in 7 months.
I have an interview with the NH5 in Che1msf0rd. I really want this job!
DS2 enrols at college for the second year of his College BTEC Course. He has 100% attendance and achieved the maximum in all the Units he completed last year, I hope he sticks with it and doesn't get distracted.


I am going to practice some audio typing now in preparation for my interview. I will tackle the bathrooms this afternoon while I'm torturing myself about what I should have said and done in the said interview.


CY glad to see that you've seen some cricket. Thinking of you x.

I'm in this week after a couple of weeks off,

Going to do the front garden this morning then the bathroom this afternoon,
Dh is back at work today after his holiday so I hope that's not to traumatic for him.
Feel like I've got loads to do as not much flying occurred while he was off.

Dentist for me this morning as I broke a tooth at the weekend

Then I shall 'do' the bathroom and possibly start to tackle my ROD which is actually the garage!!!

Then I may go work for a couple of hours as my classroom is still in need of sorting and tidying then I have circuits at 5.45pm

Right must get moving as the dentist awaits!!

Just having a quick update to tick a few things off. Kids are playing a lovely game in my bed. So cute! I love it when they play together like that!
Hubby just rang and he has got a new job! :T the whole whole process has taken over three weeks and he has had three interviews!:eek: he was beginning go think he hadn't got it! So pleased for him but lots of change as ds2 will have to move nursery and I will have to take him in the morning! :eek:

Anyway , update....
