BOS > Change of Account T&Cs Received Today

Anyone received notification that bank accounts T&Cs are changing from 22nd November 2015?
I received some information through the post today informing me that BOS are changing my bank account T&Cs.
Most of the changes are of no interest to me, but one change concerned me. It was regarding "changing you account type".
Basically it reads "We may change an account you hold with us to a different account (with lower / no benefits package) if;
One of the reasons for changing accounts is if a person has more than one 'Added Value Account'.
I looked on BOS web site and searched for 'Value Added Accounts' and it came up with;
Platinum with Vantage
Silver with Vantage
Classic with Vantage
So, if I'm reading it correctly Classic with Vantage is classed as an 'Added Value Account' by BOS….. which is not good for people who have more then one BOS Vantage!!
Unless someone can confirm that Classic with Vantage accounts are not 'Added Value Accounts'
Anyone with BOS Vantage got any views on the new account T&C changes????

AFAIK Classic account is not an AVA - this links shows you the AVA range of accounts

Vantage is a bolt on to any account, Classic or AVA.

Thanks for the reply, very useful. I Appreciate you posting the links.
Looks like you're correct, the Classic vantage is not classed as an AVA.
Thanks again!0 -
The reason for the condition will be to reassure regulators that they're not deliberately flogging two lots of account benefits to the same customer.
Good to see people investigating real impacts of T&C changes.0 -
There have been recent similar communications from HBOS. I'm pleased to read the responses thus far. Thanks folks.0

Seems BoS haven't rushed to print their new Ts&Cs booklet unlike Halifax which had to add a corrections sheet.
