I've just cancelled Sky tv and was offered, without asking, an extension of my 50% off for 10 months longer and I refused. The next offer, was £37.99 for Original and phone , broadband and Anytime Extra (with emphasis that my phone etc would soon be £35.40, making the tv just over £2), but I told the man to go ahead with the cancellation notice, as I had no intention of paying in full for phone etc and would look elsewhere, before calling about those.
Your package looks similar (she had boxed sets not original) to a work colleagues who I helped haggle last week. She/we had cancelled the Sky TV but not the phone line/BB when we haggled with Sky below.
Talk Talk were offering free standard (i.e. not fibre) broadband with a £5 anytime call package at the time. (I haven't checked if they still are ...but they or plusnet usually are)
Haggling with Sky broadband on the phone they should offer you free standard broadband for 12 month/ line rental was £17.70 and they offered £30 call credit as they said their anytime call package was still £8 a month. Wouldnt seem to discount talk package to match Talk Talk. for some reason.
(Having said that other people may have had better deals ...I didn't really want to cancel her line and BB before haggling...just to be on the safe side. If it were mine I would have.)
The TV side is much simpler they gave you 60% off everything so original should drop from £20 a month to £8 .
They will give you £50 account credit on the TV side in addition to anything else you got through broadband.
If youre only getting TV and not Broadband they will give you the TV on a rolling 31 day contract if you ask for it. With BB its been a 12 month contract.
So in the end we got TV Boxed sets for £15.20 a month & £50 call credit. Line rental was £17.70 /free standard broadband/ £8 call package / £30 account credit

Well i today i was in the last 30 days of my half price variety, cinema and sports package at £34 a month.
Went to online chat and cancel and after the checking what you watch was offered £34 a month for 10 months on 1 year contract.
I said no and i would like 50% off for 1 year no contract and the reply was i was given the best deal so i put in the cancellation there and then.
Went onto myaccount and the come back to sky section says call us to get an offer or somthing like that.0 -
If you haggle your new deals, it's only £12 extra a month to upgrade to Sky Q.
I've got Boxsets (was Family Bundle) and Movies for £21pm and then £12 extra for Sky Q 2TB and Sky Mini Box (£30 set up fee on each box).0 -
Do Sky have the facility of incoming calls only on landlines? The sky account is based at home and my parents already have mobiles but I know they will still rinse the landline which will push the bill up!
I have been offered Original TV with sports, line rental, anytime talk and unlimited BB for £42.00 a month - do you think I could get this cheaper?0 -

The tv package I have (about to expire) is 50% off plus £50 credit and I didn't expect the 60% with £100 others got as , having just Original, would have meant they'd be paying me £4 to take tv.
At the moment I have half price line (£8.70; line is £17.40?), free ADSL broadband and £8 calls.
This works out at £16.70x12=£200.40, but full price line, free broadband , £8 calls and £30 credit would be £25.40x12-30=£274.80, with impending line rental increase, so they will need to improve on that, when I call in about 2 weeks' time.0 -

That's approximately 50% off tv, free broadband, £8 Anytime Extra calls and line for £10.25, so could be improved on with an extra 10% off tv and some credit.
Try cancelling tv, then haggle the others, adding tv back, when or if you choose to.0 -
I left Sky because I was fed up with paying £25'ish a month for content I did not think was worth the cost. I did call them last year and got the price down, but this year I left and now have a freesat box. But now that I have left, I get offers from them. If they had offered me this in the first place they may still have me as a customer!!!!!
The last one I got was 60% off plus £75 credit. I was going to attach a photo, but can't.0 -
I've just cancelled.
Was paying £32 per month for full sky HD package. Spent an hour on the chat with the girl and all I was offered was 60% off for 10 months on a 12 month contract.
Bit disappointing but will have to pay a full month and then another haggled at a later point. Asked for 60% off for 12 months but she wouldn't have it.0 -

That's a really good offer.
I currently pay £26.70 for line, ADSL, Anytime Extra and Original ( on a regular HD+ box), but have just given notice on tv .0
