Is anyone who has given notice getting any email offers? Last year I got them weekly along with phone calls each one giving better discount but no emails this year, just phone calls the week after I cancelled no more.
Contract ends in 1 day and so many hours and best they will do is £6.50 discount on box sets/entertainment package. Last 2 years I had 70% off and £100 credit although I had to be without sky for about 4 weeks to get that email but before then they offered at least 50% off. I have the old box, can get better deals as new customer with sky q and reading posts looks like no one is getting anything decent anymore
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I imagine they want people to shift to Q. The discount I've seen on the new pack for Sky+HD customers was £11 entertainment and £2.50 each of the packs. This is £2 less for the main pack than Q users and 50p on each pack, so not a huge difference!

I see you managed to get the £18 deal, well done!

Yes, originally offered £20 but pushed further and managed to get it. Happy as its a reduction on the price I pay this year.

Actually I think they want people to move to Entertainment rather than Q. What do you base these prices for Q users on?

Have you asked what they'll offer if you change to Entertainment?
(plus HD & Boxsets add-ons if needed)

Yes I suppose they do want a switch to the new packs which is fine as it is a little cheaper all in all even at full price.

That's what they are offering me now as they are saying my old package isn't available I have to buy it separately. They are offering me entertainment for £15 instead of £20 and box sets for £3.50 instead of £5. I didn't pay for the whole contract what I'm paying in two months with this new "deal"

Due to be disconnected at midnight so thought I'd give live chat one final go. They improved on offer but not enough for me. Entertainment, box sets and HD for £16 a month on a 12 month contract. No credit, so guess that's the end of sky. Doesn't seem like they are going to do any offers like previously from what I've read here and elsewhere either

Confirms what I've been saying that £20 is the full price for Entertainment as long as you accept a 12/18 month contract.

Still putting that 0845 number on communications is pretty poor.
