    Light and airy = big windows, don't fit properly, will cost a fortune to replace
    Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.
  • Apartment = overpriced flat with beige walls and 50% sized furniture
    Victorian = will be f**kin cold in the winter
    A property developers dream = needs knocking down and rebuilding, the work would cost 3 times what you could sell it for.

    light/bright = walls of rooms recently painted white

    contemporary house/flat = new build with open-plan kitchen and living room cos there wasn't room to have 2 separate rooms of a decent size.

    stunning far reaching views of = 6th floor or above flat in a ex-LA tower block

    conveniently located close to local shops = there is a newsagent and a takeaway right next door

    close to Asda/Tesco = once you leave the flat/house you are in the Asda/Tesco car park.

    in walking distance/within a stones throw from rail station = 2.5 to 3 miles away from rail station (notice the actual distance is given if it's any closer)

    landscaped garden = lots of concrete but there are some plants
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p
