(hug) oh sorry to hear about that Tink - but hopefully it's the last hurdle, as you say you can just start saving next month and you have a new job to go to.
Do post if there's any areas that are particularly tight and we can put brains together for solutions.

Hi Tink,
Haven't been around much this week but wanted to say hope you are getting on ok - it's rubbish that you won't be able to start your savings until next month, but the important thing is you ARE starting them! Keep your chin up, you know where I am if you need to talk/rant.
Hope things with your OH aren't too bad

Thanks Rosa. Shopping might be a bit tight but if I've worked all my direct debits out I should be ok.

Hi Kirsty. Sorry not replied to your PM. I've not been on much the last few days. Things aren't too bad at the moment. Will try and catch up on all my diaries in a min.
Thanks for everything.

Well this weekend I've paid £97.50 off my debts so that's a little something. Was hoping to do 1% but with circumstances as they are not been possible.
The weekend hasn't been too bad either. Did housework and a bit of the garden Saturday, went out for a few hours with DD on Sunday and had a relaxing day today ready for tomorrow.
I start my new job tomorrow:j:j can't wait. Got my bag ready and my clothes ready just dreading having to get up early. I've set two alarms so should be ok :rotfl: so excited. The only problem is I haven't been sleeping well lately and I know tonight will be worse so if you see me on here later please shout at me.
:money:
Hope everyone has had a good bank holiday and had better weather than us.

I knew there was something I forgot to put. Really need to get my pile of stuff put on eBay so it will give me a few extra bits of money to help me through this tight month.
Need to be tough with myself to get this done this month.
I've also decided to try and make my posts a bit more positive. New month, new start.

It was great thanks Kirsty. Mostly training this week and waiting for my DRB check to come back. Got up fine this morning thankfully but feel shattered now. It's good to be doing something again.

Hi Tinkerbelle,
Just finished reading your diary, wanted to wish you luck in your new job, glad your first day was ok.
Keep charging ahead, you will get there, and I am sure you will find a perfect house for you DD & doggie.
I have the same goal housewise so will be subscribing and reading with interest!
PS my DD's nick name is Tinks, she loves Tinkerbell, and often scolds me for not giving her that name officiallythe name she has does rhyme so close enough I feel!

Hello Tink,
Thanks for popping round to my diary, though I was sad to read the news about your withheld pay. Grr! Annoying.
But so glad to hear you've got a plan already! The grocery challenge sounds cool, I remember I've had to do that twice before with just pennies to live on and I did it! Have you got some stuff in your freezer to help you out?
