Overdraft fees

I have an arranged overdraft of £1000 which I am struggling to get out of. I never go over the arranged limit but am charged about £25 a month in the overdraft. Does anyone know if I could claim these fees back to help myself get out of being overdrawn?

The bank wont refund any overdraft fees as this is how they make their money, Why don't you just get the overdraft removed. Or reduced like do it chunk at a time, maybe do it in £250 x4.0 -
If you have an agreed overdraft then you have agreed to the terms of the short term borrowing facility, so you won't have any grounds to claim anything back.
If you want to help get out of the overdraft then why not use this account for bills only and pay a bit extra in to cover monthly charges and pay off some of the overdraft month by month. [eg bills £100 + charges £25 + £75 off overdraft debt = £200 pcm into this account] all other funds into a different account for day to day living.
This way you are using the account, so hopefully the bank won't recall the overdraft debt with little/no notice but you will be getting yourself out of the situation.
You can do it faster, as suggested above, if you can afford to do it that way. Either way, you will be heading in the right direction.
