Morning all, received the welcome news that my landlord paid the PCN in full this morning and is sending me £50.00 for my troubles. I've accepted this and now consider the matter closed. What a total pain in the proverbial this has been! UK-CPM (rip off merchants) Popla (useless!) And the less said about my land lord the better, but at least he has come through in the end.
Thank you all for your advice, especially Coupon-Mad (I rather hope we meet in the Premier league next season, should be an...explosive match to say the least)
