RANT Lloyds and Mandate

I am in the process of taking over the role of Treasurer for a small society and it has a Treasurer's Account with Lloyds.
I called into my local branch to ask for a Mandate Form. “Sorry can’t do that but here are (hand written) details of the online process”.
I went online, found the link – it didn’t work. There is a message alongside the link – if it doesn’t work do this – that didn’t work.
Called the help line - “yes we can send a link”. Emailed it to me – it didn’t work.
Called the help line a second time – “I would have to call the Mandate section when it opened at 0900 and they would pre-fill the form”.
Called the Mandate line – “can’t send me a form as I am not a signature”. I escalated the request and spoke to a supervisor. “Yes we know of a known fault with the link – will only work with IE not Chrome, Firefox etc. We will only send form to an authorised signature”.
All this for a BLANK Form !

It works on chrome if you right click and save to your PC. Then open it from where you've saved it.
