To begin with im just sticking to the really simple offers. Quite often BET365 do one where you get a risk free in play bet up to £50 when you place a pre match bet. They are the easiest to profit from.

:rotfl: that seemed like another language. I kinda meant I was going to look for an idiots guide and see if I could work it out from that!! "Matched betting for dummies" anywhere?
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Im pretty sure there is a guide here on MSE. Also a great website for it is matchedbettingblog.com.

The guy that runs it puts all his matched bets on there with explanations on how and why he did things.

Welcome to September! Hope everyone had a good bank holiday?

A new month means that means we can total up our August side hustle...

Airbnb: £198 (down from 500 in July! OUCH!)
    Solar Panels: £67.31
    Amazon Affiliates: £18.46
    Youtube Adsense: £49.3
    Matched Betting: £36

So thats £369.08 income outside of our usual jobs. Not a great month, but things are looking up for September as we have lots of Airbnb bookings already. Im also in the process of making a couple of videos that will be up on my youtube channel in the next few weeks.

    Hello JimLad & MissWillow,

I have been catching up on your diary and found it very inspiring, especially the planned timescale and ways of generating extra income. It is so lovely that you are both on board with your goals.

    Good Luck

Another 2 nights booked on airbnb last night takes us up to 15 booked in september. One staying for 8 nights!

My dad was clearing out his garage and summoned me to take away my old toys and things so they are now in our garage. 4 big boxes full of action man, subuteo, power rangers, transformers etc. Im thinking it might be ebay worthy, i will have to sort through it all and see if i can part with it.

  • You're doing so well on making extra income. I think this is the key to progressing in the mortgage free adventure. There's only so much you can cut back with everyday bills etc, but making extra money is really unlimited in its potential.

Out of curiosity, how many subscribers do you have for your Youtube channel?

    Good luck with everything :T
