Double congrats. What an exciting year for you guys.
As a mummy of a 1 year old trust me, just buy the basics. You don't need all the hype stuff and gadgets the ads tell you. Buy as much second hand as you can as baby will grow out of everything super quickly !
  • Very excited for you
What an outstanding achievement, that will literally benefit you for th rest of your life. I'm super motivated now

I have just done a quick calculation and living now costs us about £8000 a year. That includes all regular bills, car Servicing / Mot, Fuel, Food, home insurance, our cinema passes, music subscriptions and even a few takeaways a month!

Now I just need to convince the wife that we should spend the money that was going on the mortgage on a shiney new Tesla Model S! :-p
