Phone Internet Access works OK.
Computer doesn't work, wont go beyond the Customer ID input page, its bad. Been like this since SATURDAY, says you need Cookies enabled, they are.

Cannot access my online account, tried downloading another browser and enabling cookies but keeps going back to the user ID screen saying cookies not enabled.0

I haven't tried today online access today but has anyone had a positive acknowledgment from Santander that an issue exists?
BTW I use first direct banking plus to log on to all my accounts with various institutions and currently Santander is the only one I can't access.0
