    Are you using IBP?
No, apologies, misread your post and only saw Santander, which I've had no problems using.

Has anyone got a solution to this problem? I'm visiting family in Australia and I'm persistently getting "you have cookies disabled" on the laptop I've brought with me. It won't let me logon to my accounts. My system is Windows 10 with IE 11 and it was working fine. I've tried IE 11, the new MS Edge with the same failure. Even tried on the son-in-laws MAC OS-X and he gets the failure too before we've even tried to enter any userid details.

At home it works fine on two desktop PCs - again both running identical Windows 10 OS.

Looks like I'll be changing bank when I get home.
  • Have got exactly same problem as rfsmith7 - has anyone managed to solve it yet please?

I get the bloody "We use cookies on this site. and the click here not to see this message again" Which never works as I get the message every time. Now I just ignore and move on to logging in, which I have no problems with.
  • Tried to sign in but would not accept ID number and I assume due to the "cookies not set" problem. The cookie is in my Chrome list so I know it's set. Waste of time going to their cookie advice because their Chrome info is incorrect and it is impossible to e mail them. Santander needs to find some decent programmers.

I have the same problem now and it's really irritating.

It's worked fine for a year now all of a sudden it's not letting me log in. I enter my ID and everything, then it automatically jumps back to the ID page and says cookies not disabled when they are.

I've tried different browers and even my phone - can't log in! Does anyone have the same issue at the moment?

Yes same problem though I think you mean it says cookies are disabled when they are not, site requires cookies to be enabled.
