I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced. As another user has advised, I would recommend you contact us directly, either via the TalkTalk Community, or on Twitter @TalkTalkCare.

Trinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!
  • I wish I were in a powerful position too however I got no answer to my last message that says:

I did notice no small prints however Talktalk asks if the customer wants to upgrade or keep their current services when they use the "move" option of the website. In my case I was totally happy with my initial package that I had chosen years ago, otherwise I would have specified that I wanted to change. The reasons why I am unhappy with this new package that I ended up with is, that having not been informed or notified of the modifications, I carried on calling abroad unaware that it would cost me. How could I have guessed that the calls I made between the date I changed addresses and when I could read my bank statement would be charged? Obviously I am not satisfied with this new package because it does not meet my needs, but at least now that I realized that my international calls are not free any longer I will not call abroad, which is frustrating. Why wasn't I informed? I received no emails and no letter. I had to find out on my own and at my cost.

I do not know what to do now. I thought I'd leave them a bit of time to get back to me but it seems that they are now ignoring me.I read that some providers (EE) pay their new customers breaking fees. Thatwould ideal for me as I want nothing to do with Talktalk anymore.
