Martin recently recommended these people for investment but I cannot find any trace of them on his site now?
Really odd...

On what basis did he recommend them? (he surely didnt!!)
A quick look at their website gives me four immediate concerns
1 - it gives incorrect information about competitors
2 - it is not regulated by the FCA (always something you should look for - its means they are not able to give investment advice lawfully)
3 - it has a charging method that is generally frowned on due to bias.
4 - it has a moneyweek logo on the website (and nothing ever good comes from that)I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -

I doubt Bernie Maddoff would have wanted to recommend them let alone Martin Lewis.0 -

Are you sure that Martin recommended them?0 -
Oh, and they cannot add up... Just read example 2 in their pension tax free release scam... 200k - 20k = 170k.
Nice one Mr. financial expert!Total Debt

Martin?
You mean Martin the bloke down the pub? Or Martin the bloke that cold called you offering pension advice?
I can't believe for one moment it was Martin Lewis, founder of MSE as the site is unable to give regulated advice and even if they did, it wouldn't be for a scam looking company.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -
besides Martin isnt qualified to recommend anything of the sort"enough is a feast"...old Buddist proverb0

Both the company and the web site were only created in January, yet in that short time that have had 3 different registered addresses.

That doesn't inspire confidence they will be around tomorrow.
As said previously there is no way Martin recommended them. If you got a letter pretending to be from MSE it is a scam. If you are convinced you saw it on the MSE web site in the past then visit the web archive and check, but I don't think you will find it:

Very entertaining replies which confirm my feelings.
Well done pat yourselves on the back.:T If a job needs doing, do it :T0 -
Hi all,
Having seen this thread, just to say we've never even heard of this company let alone 'recommended' it.
Hope that clears up the confusion.
Thanks
