Motorbiker punched off my wing mirror deliberately - What can I do?

I see the what you quoted, also says nothing about the offender's insurance. As for what it "always" was, if there is material information in earlier posts then quote it.
For someone whose primary purpose here seems to be to parade his own clever-dickery you need to do better.

I have followed the whole thread, but I haven't memorised it. If you want to respond to something then you need to put your response in context. The rest of us will not wade through 100 posts trying to figure out what you are on about.Je suis Charlie.0 -
Irrelevant.
No, it's entirely relevant. The OP attests that the motorcyclist was travelling too fast, and he's based that partly on the fact that the bike lifted the rear wheel.
I'm just pointing out that this is in fact no indication of speed, as I can do just the same at very low speed, as indeed most experienced riders can; and that IF the OP is going to accuse the motorcyclist of excessive speed, then he needs better evidence than his conjecture which he's admitted is based on no riding experience.
As I said though, none of that changes the fact that this particular rider is a c*nt.0 -

If you have a collision in your car, you will have a dent in your car, but the chances are you will be uninjured. I've had an idiot pull out in front of me (on a bicycle) when I had right of way even though I was wearing illuminous green clothes on a clear sunny day and the sun wasn't in his eyes. I was off work for 7 months and almost bankrupt at the end of it as I had only just come back from a major operation and had exhausted my company holiday pay.
In that position, you're right. you would get a look from me too.
I do love posts where people say:
"That 2 wheeled vehicle that I didn't see was going too fast! Therefore not my fault"
How do you know it's going too fast if you didn't see it?
Cause and effect. You've decided that it must have been going too fast because you didn't see it. Doesn't mean it's true...
How exactly do you expect a car to pull out from a blind junction if you don't agree with someone edging out to see if the road is clear?0 -
Personally, I'd choose the rough justice of having my mirror punched off, accompanied by "Next time look properly" or similar, over the official justice of a CD10 (Driving without due care and attention) on my licence for the next 4 years if the motorcyclist had successfully engaged the due process of the Law.
In fact I'd be thanking my lucky stars that I wasn't facing a CD80 (Causing death by careless, or inconsiderate, driving).
Time to learn and move on.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

Amazing how everyone has slated the OP as in his opinion the bike was travelling quick. Now you come in and decide there's enough evidence to convict him of careless.
!!!!!! there wasn't even a collision and you're off on a death by careless.0 -
I don't think you could miss an oncoming pigeon at that point!0 -
If the biker has a helmet cam, he could likely provide enough evidence for careless if someone turns across his path forcing him to emergency stop.
What I meant by the other comment, is if it had happened to me I would be thankful that I hadn't managed to kill him, then I would certainly be facing causing death by careless.
So a broken mirror could be a cheap lesson overall.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

So now he's got a helmet cam. That's good for the OP as it will clearly show the criminal damage.:D:D 👍👍👍
