We had a lovely time at DGD2's birthday party, complete with balloons, presents, BBQ and cake. I achieved everything off my list for today except for watching Dragon's Den - DH decided to ring his sister just before it started, so we missed the first half and have decided to wait until tomorrow and then watch the whole programme on iPlayer.

Thank you to Bossy for last week's lists and to Natty for starting us off again this week. I shall be doing what I can, but my priorities for the week need to be resource boxes, reading and looking after DGD1+2 on Friday. For tomorrow, the bathroom is already clear and only needs an S&S, and the study-bedroom is still quite tidy. I managed to buy some inexpensive magazine files last week so can now re-home some awkward stacking letter trays ;)

    My list for Monday:
    - check finances
    - ensure that DH has cash to pay the window cleaner
    - send some emails
    - S&S bathroom and kitchen
    - tidy my desk
    - declutter letter trays and clear top of CoD
    - empty all upstairs bins
    - 10.30 help a friend's daughter with some algebra
    - update 2 resource boxes
    - 14.30 6-monthly dental check
    - read another chapter of my book
    - deadhead back garden

It doesn't look much, but the migraine is still grumbling on, so I'm being kind to myself.

LW, I hope you feel better soon.
Welcome back from your hols mrs-mp. Great that you could meet up with kazwookie, and I love the comment from your DS.
Honey Bear, keep up the good work in your loft :T
    Happy new windows, Narc0.

    Good night all ...zzzzzzzzzz...

    Morning All

Lots to do today - washing if nothing else! The new WM is very quiet so that's a change. I may have a bath in a minute then clean the BR or I may just have a bath tonight instead. I'm going to deliver some birthday presents this afternoon so I need to wrap them first and buy a card. I also need to unpack.

Oh well, we'll see how the day goes.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

Morning everyone, sunny here but it feels a little autumnal out there, that cant be right can it?

Must order DS some school shirts!

Paid stuff this morning. I really should check on DS before I get a shower, he was feeling really ill last night. He has had a busy few days and is doing too much. I cant make him rest though and its just something he has to work out for himself.

Right, need to get ready for the paid stuff!
