They were, and I had to sign for them from the Sorting Office. I've opened an Item Not as Described dispute, and I've copied every message he sent me, bar the last one because he only sent that today. I've tried to get in touch with Paypal by phone, but there doesn't seem to be an option for what I want to speak about.
Will Paypal look at another email from me if I forward this last message to me, because to me they are inappropriate.
As for postage, I'd sort of looked at that when i bid, although it does seem excessive, even including the jiffy bag (£2 tops), petrol, ink in the pen, car park ticket etc! The postage isn't the issue with me, just his tone, and the way that he messages me and says that even if I do return them he will say there is one missing. He knows that Paypal may say to me to return them, and that he will give me full refund when he receives them, but then he has openly admitted he will be deceitful. I can't trust this seller as far as i can throw him. I half exect him to turn up on my doorstep early one morning! lol0 -
It's absolutely shocking....coming across people like that....
But then Ebay does have its fair share of them...:mad:0 -

that his feeback form, only has 95% postive feeback.. seems like a rouge to me0 -
his feedback already has 2 neutrals + 1 neg mentioning postage fees, if you neg him it will pretty much ruin his account. I would expect on eback though !!

This is just the sort of seller that is giving ebay a bad name. He is bending all the rules with the postage overcharging and dodgy descriptions. Even his used ID makes him sound like a cowboy! Have a look at the recent announcement on non performing sellers here.0

All the messages have been sent through Ebay luckily, and I have copied all of them off to Paypal, but don't know how to do it on Ebay. Paypal seems to be the key, but I know its only a small amount, and I could make money by selling everything on, but I won't have someone speaking to me the way this seller did - I'm dragging it on more to cause him a pain in the @rse!0
