    A good point made above is that these lot are mainly southern-based. MAFLATSE. Move Away From London And The South East. Somone on here once said that you are basically competing to live in one of the most expensive cities on earth, with some of the richest people. 30K a year running the local GAME outlet aint gonna work.

    Surely they can't take much more. The referee should stop the fight now.

    Tentative signs that one or two of them are starting to see the light;
    I think if anyone really wants to buy property in the UK, might as well buy sooner (even now) than later. I think the market will be a mix of small rises, flat prices, then a "crash" of 10 to 20%, then rises in following years that exceed that crash. Personally I think timing those types of crashes seems like putting your life on hold for a smallish saving (given the multi-year wait of renting).

    This heretic will probably be banned presto pronto.
    Don't blame me, I voted Remain.

    Most of the traffic they get are MSE-ers having a peek for a chuckle.

    What are the dozen or so desperados that live on here, the parking attendants? :rotfl:

    I honestly don`t think you guys realise how sad this little HPI outpost looks to the outside world.

    The irony of you as an HPC regular talking about how sad a forum looks to the rest of the world really is lost on you isn't it.

    MSE = mainly people who have bought because they think it's better than renting

    HPC = mainly people who want to buy because they think it's better than renting
