    Saddle check done.
Plops taken out on the cross country course.
    New tyres on trailer (ouchie)
    Plops did some blackberrying.

On the way to saddle fitting a house I have been eyeing up has gone on the market. Total modernisation job.

Eta it would also save 250 miles a week and yet be on the school bus route.

    Woof!
  • That house would transform your life. Quick, buy it.
Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!

    Progress not Perfection
  • What are you lot like?
Been to see it from the outside. There is planning permission on it for a total rebuild (obnoxious 5 bed house, arena et.c) but honestly its not habitable but it could be fab. All the barns need knocking down...held up by acro props unless that's a style of barn building...south facing garden, live in a mobile home for six months...family adventure.

  • Quite excited...can you tell?
