On the way to saddle fitting a house I have been eyeing up has gone on the market. Total modernisation job.
Eta it would also save 250 miles a week and yet be on the school bus route.

What are you lot like?
Been to see it from the outside. There is planning permission on it for a total rebuild (obnoxious 5 bed house, arena et.c) but honestly its not habitable but it could be fab. All the barns need knocking down...held up by acro props unless that's a style of barn building...south facing garden, live in a mobile home for six months...family adventure.
