    In money news, DH took to task the garage over their bill.
    Garage owner "so you're holding me to my quote"
    DH "well...yes".

    He tried to charge over £100 quid more for no extra work. £20 I would suffer in silence, but £100?

    We did light the fire last night...

    25 minutes and 14 miles before dropping the kids and driving another twenty miles to work.

    Single track roads no fun on dark icy mornings.
