    Morning all

Thinking of you today, as always, CY
Excellent news about Mr LW :j

We had a delicious meal and generally relaxing time with our friends yesterday evening. This morning I have finished clearing the kitchen, so we are all back to normal.

I have already done everything off today's list except the HH me time. This evening I am going to catch up with last night's Bake-Off and then watch WDYTYA - is this what they call a Hollywood blockbuster?

    Today I am going to
    - make the pattern for DGD2's skirt (which I didn't get round to doing on Tuesday) and cut it out
    - make up packed lunches for us both
    - take DH to play on the railway
    - return an unsuitable item to the shop where I bought it and buy a couple of other things I need
    - visit an old school colleague for coffee and a catch-up
    - eat my packed lunch at "my" NT property and read for an hour
    - do my vol job
    - pick up DH
    - make tea (sadly no leftovers to make life even easier)
    - HH me time x4, as above :D whilst pinning up DGD's skirt ready to sew

Sounds all right to me! Catch up later - hope everyone has a good day x

Great news LW you must be so relieved!

Hope it goes well today CY.

Just done half an hour sorting something out on job no. 2 which I am glad to have got out of the way. Out all day today so won't get much flying done and the office as ever is a bit messy. Might try and catch up with that later.

Fingers crossed for anyone getting exam results!

Off to my youngest sister"s via my younger sister"s, she is coming with us and driving from hers. As I am considerably less agile than mum I will likely get to sit in the front passenger seat of my sister's merc! A tiny bit of me is tempted to take photos " have a colleague who brags on FB about anything but never seen a flash car! But I won't
(She photographed and listed her end of term gifts!)

Am most amused that FB was corrected to FBO by the iPad!

You will be in all our thoughts CY hope the chemo gets there and does the job!

Managed to see a beautiful shooting star last night!

Hope you all get the exam results you want - but, if not, don't panic, explore options, look carefully at alternative offers and take the opportunity to visit before confirming!
DD didn't get hers last year, I honestly think this course is a better one, for her, than her original choice and she's loving it. DS chose to repeat a year so neither had an easy ride.

Not sure if anybody has kids getting A level results today but fingers crossed if they are. I remember it from last year.

Oodles and oodles to do today, shall be started by putting WM on and watering pots in the back garde.

Have a good day and CY good luck today.

    :jFlylady and proud of it:j
  • Rubbish day yesterday. Completely overwhelmed with the state of the house, so no point trying to clean.

Home work today ... instead of lovely day with friends and daughter, so not very happy with that.

Thinking of you CY - you help me keep things in perspective - thank you!

    Super news for youLW!

Good Luck for exam results today for those waiting.
