Court Date for BR on Thursday and I'm scared

Evening all, So, the time has come that myself and DH are having to declare ourselves BR. We've tried an IVA and it didn't work, our court date is Thursday and I just don't know what to expect. Please could anyone advise? Also, we have nothing and I mean nothing. Our car is worth a couPoe of hundred max and we don't own…

I'm not sure why they block mobile banking, I know it's linked to their pingit service which they don't let bankrupts have so it might be due to that.

Think yourself lucky you have online banking, whilst I was bankrupt I didn't get that and just got a weekly balance text and weekly postal statements. So the fact they now allow online banking is a plus
