How often do you clean?

We have a Roomba (robot vacuum cleaner) in the living room, which means that the floor has to be clear before 7pm every evening when she comes on. It keeps us motivated to clear up toys (and get DS to help us).

The kitchen gets cleaned several times a day (as it is used so much) and the floor gets swept about once a week. We have a steam mop but I don't get it out very often as it scares our four year old.

I wipe over our ensuite and the downstairs loo a couple of times a week, but the family bathroom is meant to be our older sons' job, which requires me to get on their backs about it all the time!

Our house is a new build, so it's very easy to keep clean, but also shows up the dirt!

My parents: every day
My mother in law: one every 3-6 months (including bed sheets & towels) :shocked:

My mother in law's ability has unfortunately rubbed off onto my husband.
