Not worth the bay of e in my humble opinion.
Sells for peanuts and can be so much hassle.

I'm erring towards the same thinking Beanie, happy for the CS to have it all and the proceeds to help their cause.

Withdrawn £17.17 from TCB today from the energy supplier move.
    Completed another P!necone pre-lim survey
Latest Clearscore credit report in and checked - all good there

Rattling towards pay myself day :j Though can't work out the 123 account month, am assuming it's the day it showed as converted rather than the email that arrived several days later! I'll pay in on same day as last month and work it out once the interest is added/fee taken I guess.

He ended up with IT and graphic design experience - complete departure from his science plans, but he has a guaranteed placement for that elsewhere this time next year which opens the door to applying for a degree paid apprenticeship with them after A levels. On top of that, there's potential for a paid Saturday/school holiday job where he is this week - but need to check legalities with age as got a feeling it's 16, which he isn't until September :)

Work vs Studying..hmmm...he doesn't seem enthralled by either, but that's probably teenagerdom :rotfl:

Has his interest in history gone? :(

Sounds like he has some good plans for his age, though. :) I don't think he'd have to be 16 to work Saturdays / school holidays as one of my pupils has had a job since she was 13.

You're right Alex, he can work quite a few hours at this age. And he was unexpectedly paid for this week, so is very happy indeed tonight :D

He still loves his military history and is keeping that as an interest. Career wise, Science has broader options. We'll see how things pan out.

Here, money shuffles done to T$B and 123, paid myself and food shop done - £19.21 spent.

Tax bill in, so that needs paying by end of July.

Big bills this month include buildings/contents insurance, computer anti-virus/security software renewal and magazine subscription renewal as part of Mum's birthday present.

Took DS to cinema tonight to see Independence Day - neither of us that impressed though.

Acupuncture yesterday - continued good result from it :j

Weekend is a mix of work and usual domestic stuff. And I should get to bed as up early tomorrow!

Holding up ok here, just more cautious about keeping money where I can access it if needs be and at a higher interest rate than the mortgage - for the moment anyway.

    Interest in overnight = £16.15 + £9.31 + £8.04 = £33.50 and Te$co due mid month.

That's more than the interest on the small mortgage part (£14,415) - expected to be £31.11 this month. Another small milestone achieved!

So now I know the 123 pays on the 1st of the month too.

Reg Saver at £2,500 - only 2 months left to go of that.

All sounds good, steaming ahead as usual.

I, too, am a little cautious at o/p, but I'm usually just touching on the extreme cautious :o like to call it - my head screwed on :rotfl:ready for anything happening out of the ordinary :o
